Terms of Service

Draft · Company details and marked items must be completed and checked before publication.

Last updated: [UPDATE DATE]

These terms describe the use of this website and the basis on which property-care enquiries are made. A service-specific written agreement sets out the services actually purchased.

1. Provider

Website: [WEBSITE NAME]
Service provider: [LEGAL COMPANY NAME]
Registered address: [REGISTERED ADDRESS]
Registration / tax number: [REGISTRATION / TAX NUMBER]
Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]

2. Website and enquiries

Please provide accurate contact and property information. Sending a form, selecting a plan or requesting a consultation is an enquiry; it does not by itself confirm a booking or create a paid subscription. A service starts only after the scope, price and arrangements have been agreed.

3. Scope of services

Property visits, photo reports, key holding and local coordination are supplied only to the extent agreed in writing. Visit frequency, access arrangements, reporting, emergency instructions and any third-party work must be specified in that agreement. Inspection reports reflect the conditions observed at the time of a visit and the agreed scope; they are not a guarantee against future damage or a substitute for specialist surveys.

4. Plans, prices and payments

Published “from” prices are indicative starting prices. The final price depends on the property and agreed services. [CONFIRM VAT TREATMENT, INCLUDED SERVICES, ADDITIONAL FEES, BILLING PERIODS AND PAYMENT TERMS.] A plan-change request takes effect only once the revised arrangement has been confirmed.

5. Access and third-party work

The owner must provide lawful access, accurate instructions and relevant safety information. Repairs or contractor work require the approval agreed with the owner, except where a separately agreed emergency procedure applies. [ADD APPROVAL LIMITS, EMERGENCY AUTHORITY AND CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES.]

6. Cancellation and consumer rights

[ADD CONTRACT DURATION, RENEWAL, CANCELLATION, REFUND AND APPLICABLE CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION BEFORE ACCEPTING PAID ORDERS.] Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

7. Demo portal and permitted use

The demo portal is a public illustration with sample information. The displayed demo credentials do not provide real authentication. Do not upload or enter confidential information. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access to systems.

8. Liability, complaints and applicable law

Liability, insurance arrangements and any agreed limitations must be stated in the service agreement, subject to mandatory law. Send complaints to [COMPLAINTS EMAIL]. [CONFIRM THE COMPLAINTS PROCESS, APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE-RESOLUTION INFORMATION; MANDATORY CONSUMER PROTECTIONS REMAIN UNAFFECTED.]

9. Changes and contact

We may update these website terms. Changes to an existing service agreement require the procedure agreed in that agreement. Questions: [CONTACT EMAIL].
